Is there any way to trim back on leg fat?
Alright, um…
I’m fully aware that I shouldn’t be worrying about matters like this at my age (14), but hey, I’m entitled to worrying about my health whenever I want.
Anyway, I’m 14, 5′3, and 120lbs. I’m comfortable with my body, waist up, however, waist down, not so much. I’ve been told by my dad that I’ve inherited my mom’s thighs, but, she was 90-100 pounds when she was my age.
Cutting to the chase, I want to find out if there’s any way that by summer that I can trim down my leg size. I’ve been running 30 minutes a day for 4 days out of the week, and I’ve been cutting back on sweet things.
